Spending a lot of time in the UK is clearly having an influence on Nicole Scherzinger's wardrobe.

Having already dressed to impress in two Victoria Beckham designs for her stint as a guest judge on ITV talent show The X Factor, the Pussycat Doll left her London hotel today in another British fashion designer's creation.

Nicole, 32, looked chic and sexy in a dress by 24-year-old William Tempest, that looked very similar to a Victoria Beckham design.

Hardly surprising, as Mrs Beckham is a big fan of Cheshire-born William, who worked for Giles Deacon while studying at London College of Fashion.

And his designs clearly suit Nicole's taste too as she has already proved herself to be a big fan of Posh Spice's collection.


When Nicole she started as a guest judge on July 9 - stepping in to temporarily replace Cheryl Cole who is recovering from malaria - she arrived at the auditions in a figure-hugging grey VB dress, which which accentuated her curves.

And the following day, she showed off another dress designed by the former pop star.

The singer, 32, who is dating Formula One star Lewis Hamilton, 25, was spotted leaving her London hotel today, where she is staying with her British beau.

Scherzinger is filling Cole’s shoes during the boot camp sessions, following her guest appearance with Simon Cowell, 50, and Louis Walsh, 57, during the Manchester auditions.

Nicole, who won Dancing with the Stars in the US this year, was originally brought in to cover Dannii Minogue during her maternity leave but was asked to step in temporarily to cover Cheryl when she came down with malaria.

Nicole arrived back in the UK two days ago after enjoying a after a spa weekend with Hamilton in Monaco.

A she left the hotel today, she showed off a photo of herself that she had autographed for a fan called Midget.

And she flashed her tanned and toned long legs as she got into a waiting car ready to whisk her away.

But not everyone is happy with Nicole stepping in temporarily, after TV presenter Stephen Mulhern expressed his surprise at the decision to bring her in.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk, he said Cheryl's Girls Aloud band mate Kimberley Walsh would have been a better choice.

He said: 'Honestly I would have gone for Kimberley Walsh to replace Cheryl over Nicole for boot camp.

‘She’s more like Cheryl. I don’t really know Nicole but I think Kimberley would have just been the perfect pick.’

'It’s interesting that they’ve gone for Nicole. But we shall see how it turns out.’
