And it certainly looks like Vanessa Williams' new Desperate Housewives character will be giving the Wisteria Lane women a run for their money.
New official photographs featuring Williams as her TV character Rennee Perry show the actress looking much younger than her 47 years in a stylish cowl necked top and black trousers.

Renee, an old college friend and rival of Lynette's, will live in former housewife Edie Britt's old house on the suburban street.
'I hope I bring a little glamour, a little of the outside, out-of-town girl into Wisteria Lane,' Williams said recently.
But although these pictures show her apparently getting along with the other Housewives, it might not be for long.
With her marriage to a Major League baseball player on the rocks, Rennee sets her sights on Bree Hodge's (Marcia Cross) new younger beau, played by Brian Austin Green.
The actress has spent the last few years honing her mean streak.
She had no problem revealing her claws playing arch villain Wilhelmina Slater in another ABC hit series Ugly Betty, where she proved she can play evil with comic timing.
Williams earned three Emmy Award nominations for her role as Wilhelmina.
After the show was cancelled earlier this year, she went back to her theatrical roots and starred on Broadway in Sondheim on Sondheim.
Then came the unexpected deal with Housewives.
