Her face set, veins bulging in her neck, Katie Holmes appeared to be showing the strain of her busy life yesterday.

The actress is currently juggling filming her new movie with caring single-handedly for her daughter Suri.

Katie is looking after the four-year-old by herself as husband Tom Cruise is currently filming Mission Impossible 4 in Prague.

Suri accompanied her mother to the set of Jack And Jill in Los Angeles yesterday.
She ran after her exhausted looking mother, who carried one of her favourite blankets.

While the cameras started rolling Katie put on a brave face and appeared much happier, showing off the gorgeous red dress she was hiding under her robe, but after filming was over, it was clear the actress was in a less than happy mood.

It's perhaps unfortunate then that she is starring in a comedy.

The film tells the story of Jack who is forced to deal with his twin sister, Jill, when she visits for Thanksgiving, but then won't leave.

Sandler will play both characters, while Katie will play Jack's wife.
Adam has been spotted all over Los Angeles shooting scenes for the film dressed as a woman.

And he claims that his four-year-old daughter, Sadie is loving his new look.
'There's a mocked up picture of me (dressed as a woman) in my house that we made and my daughter Sadie, loves it,' he said. 'She's excited about it.'

Also starring in the movie is former supermodel Christie Brinkley, who appears in amuch happier mood than her co-star Katie.

She was pictured smiling and laughing on set yesterday, looking effortlessly beautiful in skinny jeans and a sweater.

The film is set for release in 2011.
