But the pair enjoyed a well earned rest from parenthood in LA yesterday.
Heidi dressed down in ripped jeans and a sweater as she and Seal shopped on Melrose Avenue.
The pair are rarely spotted without Leni, six, Henry, five, Johan, three and one-year-old Lou.
True to form this weekend the pair were spotted entertaining their brood at the Pumpkin Patch.
Heidi will have even more time to spend with her children in the coming months.

In September she announced she was retiring as a Victoria's Secret model after 13-years with the successful lingerie brand.
But it's unlikely that the 37-year-old will feel the financial pinch from hanging up her wings though.
Amongst many other projects, Heidi is well-known for being the host, judge and executive producer of highly successful reality TV show Project Runway.
She is also the host, judge and co-producer of Germany's Next Top Model.
