Night on the town: Cameron Diaz enjoyed a night out in Hollywood with Joanna Garcia and Matthew Morrison on SaturdayCameron Diaz was most certainly in the mood for partying on Saturday night, as she hit the town in Hollywood.
But in the absence of rumoured boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, whose team The Yankees were eliminated from the baseball World Series at the weekend, Cameron decided to call up actress friend Joanna Garcia to accompany her on her evening out.
And, as well as Garcia, Cameron was spotted with Glee heartthrob Matthew Morrison, who plays Mr Schuester in the hit US TV show.
The pairing is sure to set tongues wagging in Hollywood, as the pair were seen leaving Hollywood club Bardot together at the end of the evening.
However, friends of the Knight And Day actress have insisted she is 'just good friends' with the 31-year-old actor, who has previously dated Kelly Brook.
'Cameron turned up at Bardot with Joanna and Matthew,' the source tells MailOnline. 'They grabbed a booth directly in front of the stage and stayed all night.
'The three of them were having a great time, drinking cocktails and dancing and singing along to all the performances.
"I definitely didn't get a flirty vibe between Matthew and Cameron at all. They were just like a couple of friends hanging out for the evening.

The band, 30 Seconds to Mars is fronted by Cameron's ex-boyfriend Jared Leto, whom she dated for four years before splitting in 2003.
And, according to our eyewitness although Morrison certainly wasn't getting any flirt action from 38-year-old Diaz he didn't have to go through the night starved of any female affection.
'Girls were falling over themselves to get to Matthew,' the source says. 'And he was loving every minute of it.
Fun night out: Cameron clearly enjoyed her night and was singing and clapping along to some 30 Seconds To Mars covers at one point, her exes band!'He was involved in a deep seeming conversation at one point with a gorgeous brunette and at the end of it before she walked away I saw him putting her number into his cellphone.'
Before arriving at Bardot, the three enjoyed dinner together at the trendy Soho House in West Hollywood.
And, ever the gentleman, at the end of the night Morrison made sure that his two special ladies got home safely, by personally driving them both home in his SUV.
Just good friends: An eyewitness swears there was no flirt vibe between Diaz and Morrison, but he did score the phone number of one lucky brunette!Diaz, Morrison and Garcia weren't the only celebrities celebrating the one year anniversary of Jason Scoppa's Bardot Sessions.
Kiss rocker Gene Simmons was also at the hip hang-out, along with his wife, both beaming with pride as their son, Nick belted out a cover of Iggy Pop's The Passenger.
And Entourage star Jeremy Piven made all the right moves it seems on a tall blond who appeared completely enamoured of the 45-year-old silver tongued actor as they sat huddled together in a dark corner.
Designated driver: Morrison was the complete gentleman, driving his two lady friends home at the end of the night
