Reese Witherspoon gets stopped by police on the streets of Canada.

But it was all in day's work for the stunning actress, who was actually filming scenes for her new movie, This Means War.

The 34-year-old actress certainly made for an arresting sight, dressed in a short grey power skirt and jacket, teamed with Louboutin heels.

She was seen frantically tottering up and down stairs in downtown Vancourver as she continued shooting scenes for the film.

This Means War follows two lifelong best friends (Tom Hardy and Chris Pine) who wage an epic battle against one another after they both fall in love with the same woman (Reese).

Last week Reese filmed scenes with Hardy, having previously shot with his on-screen rival, Star Trek hunk Pine.

This movie is just one of six starring Reese that will be released between now and 2012.

The next film she'll be seen in is How Do You Know, set for release in December.
In it she is the subject of another love triangle, as she stars alongside Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd.
